REQUEST
Please email me a brief description of your request, type of event, preferred calligraphy style, specific deadlines, etc.
TURNAROUND TIME
Typical turnaround time for envelope addressing (400 quantity) is two weeks. Rush orders are subject to availability and will cost extra – 25% charge for items needed in one week and 50% charge for items needed in five days or less.
ADDRESS GUIDELINES
The address list provided must be typed (preferred format is MS Word) and must appear the way you wish it to be addressed. For example:

PROCEDURES
Changes, additions, etc. will be billed accordingly
MATERIALS
Please allow 15% overage for any additions, errors or changes
PAPER
Preferred stock is a high quality paper for the perfect finish
RATES + PAYMENT
Rates are priced per quantity, with a minimum charge of $150, with the balance due upon completion. Payment methods: Paypal or certified cheque.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All print materials may be shipped and will be returned them via insured courier. The mailing list may be sent via email or fax.
SHIPPING
Shipping method + charges are at customer’s expense
